We have outlined our policies and procedures on the operation and standards of our website, including payment methods, shipping, returns and exchanges, defective merchandise, damaged merchandise, product warranties, coupons and liabilities.


Payment Methods
Essential Wonders Inc. gladly accepts American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, Visa and confirmed Paypal accounts for payment via our 256 bit ssl secured website. With our prior approval we will accept a Certified Cashiers Check only, no other form of checks will be accepted, their is a $25.00 fee for all returned payments.


Shipping
Free standard shipping in the 48 contiguous United States via UPS, USPS, and Freight determined by product and location (some exclusions apply).  Most items ship free to Hawaii and Alaska, please contact us prior to purchase for shipping quote to Alaska or Hawaii. Most orders under $50.00 will ship USPS, if USPS can not ship to your address please contact us for a shipping quote.  Special shipping services (Signature Required, ID Required, Etc.) or express shipping please contact us to get a shipping quote. If you (Buyer) enter the wrong shipping address and your order can't be delivered due to wrong delivery address you must pay for the new shipping charge. Your order should ship within 2-3 business days although most orders ship same day if received before 1:00 pm est. We don't work o the weekends and neither do any of our suppliers, weekends and Holidays don't count towards ship days.  Orders over $250.00 may require additional verification in order to be processed and or verified. During the Holiday Season Nov-Jan your order may be delayed up to 10 business days for processing. Items that ship freight may take up to 10 business days to arrive as freight shipped products take longer to deliver and additional charges apply for lift gates. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box or APO/FPO you must contact us prior to the sale, because some products can not be delivered to these types of addresses and may incur a shipping charge. If you order is returned to us for any reason and you would like it re-shipped you must pay for shipping. You may log into your account at any time to check or track the shipping status of your order (Except freight shipped items).


Freight Shipping
Before you sign the Bill of Laden from the freight delivery company you must open and inspect the product for damage. Even if the driver must wait for you to inspect it must be done, once you sign the Bill of Laden you won’t be able to file a claim if there is damage to the product.


International Shipping
International customers must contact us for a shipping quote prior to the sale and you may be required to sign a credit card authorization form. For your security we will only ship to your billing address on file with your credit card company.


Returns And Exchanges 
Essential Wonders wants you to be happy with our products and services, to ensure you are completely satisfied we will gladly accept returns on all unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery except special order or custom order products.   Special order and custom ordered products are non-returnable and non-refundable.  You must obtain a return authorization number prior to shipping your items back to us, we will not accept returns without a return authorization number.

Returning items to Essential Wonders is easy, please log into your account and click on Return Items in the bottom corner of your order. As manufacturer return policies and restocking fees vary a restocking fee may be applied up to 25%. Shipping fees are non refundable even if you had free shipping as we still have to pay for shipping costs. Returns due to our error will not be charged any additional fees and will receive a full refund.

Once your return has been received and is approved we will credit your original form of payment minus all applicable fees within 3-5 business days. Defective Merchandise
Essential Wonders guarantees that your merchandise will arrive in brand new, perfect, working condition and consumables will be fresh. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive defective out of the box, or become defective within 30 days from the invoice date, we will replace the item at no cost to you. Please contact our customer service team at 1-888-525-5282 to report the defect and a pre-paid return shipping label will be sent to you. All defective items are inspected upon arrival, and providing the merchandise is defective as stated by the customer, the replacement order will be processed at no cost to you. If the item is found to be without defect the item will be returned to you at your expense.


Damaged Merchandise
We take pride in our shipping and packaging, in the unlikely event that you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping; we will replace the item at no cost to you. You must notify the delivery service upon receipt of the damaged merchandise and refuse delivery. The delivery service will provide you with a delivery claim number and you must notify us within 3 Days of receipt of the damaged merchandise to qualify for the no cost replacement. If you received or refused a damaged item, please call us toll free at 1-888-525-5282.


Product Warranties
We are an authorized reseller and repair facility for every brand we carry which means we offer full product support on every purchase. We will provide you with lifetime technical phone support on any product you purchase from us at no cost to you. We can also process for you most warranty claims without you ever having to contact the manufacture. This is a huge benefit to our customers since we can take care of every customer in house.


Coupons/Promo Codes
We offer coupons and special promotions on our website, however coupons may not be combined for multiple discounts and we have the right to refuse any coupons. Coupons may not be used in conjunction with any shipping services; coupons are for product purchases only.


Liabilities
Essential Wonders Inc. is not liable for any damage caused by the equipment or product to the Buyers premises, Buyer, or any other people that may encounter the equipment or product through misuse of the Buyer or through any defect of equipment or product therein.

The Buyer accepts said equipment or product at his own risk and specifically agrees that he shall hold Essential Wonders Inc. free of any liability attendant or attributable to the placement of said equipment or product on the Buyers premises. The Buyer shall be responsible for all damages, which said equipment or product might sustain or cause by fire, accident, theft, and/or misuse by either the Buyer, his agents, servants or employees or any other person who may be upon the premises where said equipment or product is located.

If you the buyer purchase a product from Essential Wonders Inc. and do not have a confirmed Paypal address, we reserve the right to refund the sale minus Ebay listing, Ebay ending, Ebay re-listing, and Paypal fees. You the Buyer surrender all rights under the Ebay and Paypal buyer protection policies you may have and agree not to file false claims, buyer complaints, or chargeback’s for your purchase. By purchasing products or equipment from Essential Wonders Inc., you the buyer agree to these terms and conditions.

The Buyer agrees to pay all costs of collection including reasonable attorneys fees incurred in any efforts made or proceedings brought to collect or enforce this Agreement. This Agreement shall be construed and governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. It is agreed by all parties that the courts of Summit County, Ohio shall be the exclusive forum for all matters arising out of this Agreement and each party unconditionally consents to the jurisdiction of said courts.
