Butter Rum Coffee
      1 cup of hot coffee.

 

      2 to 3 tablespoons butterscotch ice cream topping.

 

      1/8 teaspoon rum extract.

 

    1 tablespoon whipped topping.

Preparation: Stir in the butterscotch topping and rum extract into the coffee and mix well. Serve hot and top with the whipped topping.
